Sales Support Representative supporting customer orders, inquiries, and resolutions in consumer fragrances. Building strong customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer queries, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution across global accounts
Coordinate sample requests, pricing updates, product information, and documentation to support effective account execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales data to enable seamless reporting and decision-making
Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Support cross-functional projects in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for customer initiatives and new product launches
Assist with financial processes including pricing coordination, margin analysis, and sales forecasting
Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment on global account priorities and commercial strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or customer-facing role, ideally within FMCG or the fragrance industry
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and cross-functional teams
Proactive problem-solver who can manage issues independently and propose effective solutions
