Requirements
A university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within IT/tech and business roles
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize recruitment processes
Interest in and experience with HR systems and recruitment technologies
Fluency in either Finnish or Swedish, as well as English, both written and verbal.
