Responsibilities
Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned franchise partners, building strong working relationships
Provide guidance on local marketing initiatives, including digital advertising such as PPC and display, SEO, and brand-building efforts
Partner closely with our in-house PPC, SEO, and social media specialists to shape tailored marketing plans
Help bring marketing plans to life by coordinating internal resources, tools, and support across teams
Review campaign performance, prepare reports, and share practical, data-backed recommendations
Encourage the exchange of effective ideas and successful strategies across the franchise network
Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing on franchisee performance, satisfaction levels, and any key opportunities or challenges
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or another client-facing role
Experience in franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses would be an asset
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interpreting marketing data and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Able to manage multiple accounts, balance priorities, and meet deadlines with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Candidates must be based in the Greater Vancouver Area and available to work from our Burnaby office 1 to 2 days per week.
