Sales Development Representative focusing on B2B outbound sales in Germany for Ideals. Engaging key decision-makers to achieve revenue goals while supporting the VDR business growth.
Responsibilities
Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Germany (Frankfurt) tracking personal sales activities in CRM
Conduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contact
Organise product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects
Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community
Requirements
± 1 years of experience in B2B outbound sales
Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
Cold-calling experience
Strong business communication skills in German, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
