Responsibilities
- Design and Build Platform Features: Co-architect new platform features.
- Automate and Optimize Infrastructure: Automate setup and management of infrastructure.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and Log Systems Health: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions.
- Collaborate on Systems Engineering Strategy: Work closely with other teams.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Put security best practices into action.
- Promote SRE and GitOps Practices: Advocate for Reliability and GitOps practices.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong Linux Expertise
- Systems Engineering Experience: At least 4 years of experience working with highly available, distributed, high-traffic systems
- Private Cloud exposure: Experience deploying and operating Private Cloud platforms
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- CI/CD & GitOps: Proven use of Ansible and Terraform
- Observability experience: Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Experience working in SRE, DevOps, or platform teams
