Responsibilities
Drive marketing excellence by living Husqvarna values: BOLD, DEDICATED and CARE
Hold full managerial responsibility for Scandinavia with a focus on the Swedish market
Provide grounded, insight-based input to the central marketing team
Ensure local realities shape relevant parts of the European strategy
Focus on operational excellence in the Swedish market and coordinating execution across Scandinavia
Shape and deliver a strong annual local marketing plan
Lead implementation, prioritize focus areas, and ensure measurable impact in the markets
Create and execute marketing plans engaging both end-consumers and professional customers
Identify new opportunities for growth
Travel may occur within Sweden and Europe
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Proven experience from working in an international and complex environment in consumer-driven marketing
Comfortable leading in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
Demonstrated experience in creating sales-driving trade marketing plans across multiple categories in high-growth markets
Digitally savvy, with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results
Proven ability to accelerate business initiatives and growth through effective marketing activation
Solid experience in both full managerial responsibility and budget management
Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and in writing.
