About the role
- Workday Integration Implementation Manager leading design, development, and integration projects across HR, Finance, and Payroll. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring system reliability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Manage integration architecture to align with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
- Support Workday release cycles through regression testing and impact analysis.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce integration standards.
- Mentor and guide integration developers and analysts.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in integration and technical workstreams across 3+ HCM or Financials implementations , covering at least two phases.
- 4–7 years of Workday integration development experience.
- Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Must have experience leading HCM/Financials integrations in Higher Education or Healthcare environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.
