Workday Integration Implementation Manager leading design, development, and integration projects across HR, Finance, and Payroll. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring system reliability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Manage integration architecture to align with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
Support Workday release cycles through regression testing and impact analysis.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce integration standards.
Mentor and guide integration developers and analysts.
Drive continuous improvement in integration processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
Proven leadership in integration and technical workstreams across 3+ HCM or Financials implementations , covering at least two phases.
4–7 years of Workday integration development experience.
Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Must have experience leading HCM/Financials integrations in Higher Education or Healthcare environments.
Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.
