Responsibilities
Provide admin and clerical support to Transportation Lines department members
Work directly with Sales Executives and Account Managers
Assist with processing client requests for service, endorsements, cancellations, and binders
Assist with quotes for new and renewal business
Prepare proposals for presentations
Other duties assigned by your manager
Requirements
High school diploma/GED (some college preferred)
At least 2 years of office/administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Obtain a Property & Casualty license if not already possessed (HUB will pay for you to acquire it).
