Responsibilities
Enter, maintain and adjust data in the MV Soul system, ensuring the integrity of clinical and administrative information.
Assist in creating, populating and monitoring performance indicators and OKRs, providing input to support managerial decision-making.
Prepare internal controls, administrative and financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and organized documentation using specialized software.
Provide direct support to physicians and secretaries in organizing the surgical patient journey, optimizing workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
Schedule appointments, exams and infusions through in-person service, telephone or back-office tools (WhatsApp Business).
Deliver compassionate service to patients and companions, providing institutional information, process guidance and assistance with collecting signatures on official documents.
Manage the flow of mail, emails and messages promptly and in an organized manner, ensuring efficient internal and external communication.
Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by management, aiming for process harmony and the smooth operation of the hospital unit.
Control and manage resource usage, minimizing losses and reporting any irregularities in processes.
