About the role
- Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition leading high-volume recruiting for Renuity's West Division. Driving talent strategy, building teams, and improving recruiting processes in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned to growth plans, labor forecasts, and seasonal demand
- Partner closely with operations, sales, and installation leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive workforce plans
- Serve as the senior TA leader for the West Division while maintaining alignment to enterprise TA standards
- Build sustainable pipelines for high-volume field roles including design consultants, call center agents, installers, and production teams
- Deploy market-specific sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, referrals, grassroots outreach, trade schools, and local partnerships
- Track and improve recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience
- Leverage ASHBY ATS and TA analytics tools to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading high-volume or field recruiting teams
- Proven success scaling recruiting in fast-growth, field-based or decentralized environments
- Strong business partnership skills with operations-driven leaders
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% across assigned markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
