Identify emerging demand, shape market pathways, and ensure capitalization on new business potential

Requirements
A degree in Engineering, Mining, Automation, Business, or a related field
Significant experience (8–10+ years) in mining, tunnelling, Automation, digital systems, or similar industrial sectors
Proven success in sales leadership, business development, or regional commercial roles
Experience working with dealers, distributors, or multi‑country channel partners
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across operations, service, supply chain, and commercial functions
Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English, with SEA languages as a plus
The ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural region
Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed
