Responsible for client onboarding and the client manual
Analyze and respond to bids via RFI, RFQ and RFP issued by clients
Submitting commercial proposals
Responsible for maintaining and curating the client record
Conducting client briefings
Responsible for the briefing-to-operations interface (C.O.M.A)
Developing and managing project presentations with the operations team
Pricing
Liaising with Legal on contract drafting (local or one-off)
Advising clients based on benchmarks and market trends
Participating in trade and strategic events aimed at cross-selling
Comply with and enforce the rules, procedures or work instructions defined by the company's Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Occupational Health systems, as applicable to your area, and in accordance with company policy and current legislation
Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor
Use company systems and resources appropriately in accordance with defined rules and procedures
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fields
Minimum 6 months' experience
Based in Campinas or São Paulo (capital)
English and/or Spanish desirable
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Intermediate CRM skills
Advanced data analysis skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Business Intelligence (BI) systems
