About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop tailored business continuity strategies and solutions for our clients — on-site and remotely
- Support the implementation of comprehensive Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) across various industries
- Assist senior team members in crisis management exercises and emergency tests, and derive insights from these activities
- Identify interfaces with information security, crisis management, IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), and incident response to develop a holistic view of organizational resilience
Requirements
- University degree in a business or IT-related field, e.g., Security, Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in the field of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Motivation to work into complex topics and to find pragmatic solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
