Responsibilities
Support cross-functional program management to ensure project execution aligns with business objectives and customer expectations.
Support program schedules, track project progress, and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Establish strong relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
Support business development initiatives by engaging with customers and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with system PMs and sales teams to meet customer requirements and secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
At least 15 years of experience in server/storage product management, program management, or business management roles.
Experience in data center infrastructure and generative AI server platforms, including product launch and lifecycle management.
Experience supporting sales teams and engaging with customers for business development initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of purchasing operations, inventory management, and critical component monitoring (including testing equipment).
