Responsibilities
Our team is responsible for resolving our clients' issues and, when necessary, escalating requests to Tier 2 (N2).
Speed, trust, and a focus on root cause are the pillars that support our service approach, ensuring excellence in every interaction and positively impacting our clients, our team, and the company.
The expectation for this role is to master the product areas assigned to Specialists, serving our medium-portfolio clients with accounts from 100k+ up to 5MM in a dynamic and effective manner, always aiming to resolve issues at their root.
Requirements
Daily self-management in setting objectives, organizing tasks, and evaluating one’s own performance
Ability to interpret and analyze success metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Higher education (in progress or completed)
Proficiency in managing multiple channels
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems assertively
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset
Not having participated in this selection process within the last 6 months
Solid experience in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on managing large accounts (Key Accounts)
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build and present value propositions to executives
Results-oriented
Strong planning and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel
