About the role
- IT Consultant supporting customers in digital transformation by analyzing requirements and developing solutions. Position is hybrid, allowing work from home or office locations in Germany.
Responsibilities
- You analyze clients' requirements and guide them through their digital transformation process.
- You configure the relevant (Atlassian) tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and implement customer-specific customizations.
- You install and integrate tools and seamlessly embed them into the existing IT landscape.
- You evaluate extension possibilities and develop tailored solutions.
- To effectively support clients in using the implemented tools, you run workshops and training sessions.
- You support the automation and optimization of processes.
- To ensure the best possible solution, you consistently work closely with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and modern cloud applications for project and service management
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with international clients
- Understanding of technical contexts and solution-oriented thinking
- Team spirit and personal responsibility
- Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
- Nice to have: Experience using and administering Atlassian products or similar solutions
- Nice to have: Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Nice to have: Knowledge of ITIL best practices
