Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in operations management or business or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
- 7+ years relevant experience in industrial environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ISO 9001; 2015.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office.
- 3+ years manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible/changing schedules.
- Understanding of Lean Basics.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to openly discuss critical issues and deficiencies.
