Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design process from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI handoff
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Use data and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills
Experience designing for web and mobile applications
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design
Experience working in Agile development environments
