Responsibilities
You will support the implementation of our sales and go-to-market strategy across different markets.
You will help build and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, case studies, CRM data).
You will accompany campaigns and activities along the customer journey, from lead generation to closing.
You will assist with lead qualification, prepare customer contacts and support meeting preparation.
You will develop ideas for customer acquisition and retention, plan activities with us and take ownership of smaller projects.
You will help define relevant KPIs, analyze sales activities and derive optimization opportunities.
You will work closely with marketing, product management and operations to support our sales strategy holistically.
You will monitor market and competitive developments and contribute your insights to our strategic planning.
Support in maintaining the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preparation of sales reports and performance dashboards.
Preparation of product demos or customer presentations.
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business / Analytics, Digital Health, Health Economics or a comparable field.
Ideally, first practical experience in sales, marketing or business development (e.g., through internships or working-student roles).
Basic knowledge of sales enablement, lead management or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
Confident use of Google products (especially Google Slides and Google Sheets); experience with digital tools is a plus.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
