Responsibilities
Manage claims (incapacity, disability, daily allowances, death) from initial notification through to settlement
Compile case files (review supporting documents and coverage) and follow up on missing documentation
Monitor benefit payments
Handle incoming telephone calls to advise our clients (HR contacts) on case follow-up and management
Manage the contract lifecycle: registrations/cancellations and collection of premiums
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in income protection/group risk or employee benefits
Recognized for your rigor, responsiveness and organizational skills
Strong aptitude for numbers is a plus for this position
Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit are assets for success in this role
Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
Good command of French, both written and spoken
