About the role

  • Key Account Manager for Marine sector focusing on new building sales with strong client relationship management in the shipping industry. Collaborating with teams to drive strategic accounts while achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan & implement sales activity towards targeted Marine New Building customers and achieve budget committed
  • Act as the primary point of contact, handling customer needs and resolving issues
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
  • Internal / external coordination of sales process
  • Ensuring project pipeline is kept in a professional manner
  • Develop relationships with key account customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales account management role, ideally in B2B sales
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
  • Technically qualified with working experience in paint and/or shipbuilding, shipping industry
  • Wide knowledge of marine business
