About the role

• Treasury Specialist managing daily cash flow, forecasts, and banking relationships. Collaborating across teams for treasury optimization and financial management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• YOU WILL
• Monitor and manage the company’s day-to-day cash flow and liquidity position
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Manage bank accounts and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Execute and oversee domestic and international payments
• Optimize financing structures (including loans, credit facilities, and factoring)
• Support activities related to foreign exchange and interest rate risk management (hedging)
• Assist in negotiating financial terms with banks and other financial institutions
• Monitor financial covenants and ensure timely reporting to the group
• Collaborate closely with accounting, controlling, procurement, and sales teams
• Participate in treasury process optimization initiatives and implementation of financial tools

Requirements

• YOU NEED
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
• Good understanding of financial instruments and liquidity management
• Experience working with electronic banking systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) in an international environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data
• High level of accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Chinese would be a strong asset (due to cooperation with partners in the Asia region)
