About the role
- Project Manager leading ERP implementation and transformation initiatives at Helprise, coordinating technical teams to optimize business processes with Infor M3 CloudSuite.
Responsibilities
- YOU WILL
- Lead the delivery of ERP projects (Infor M3 CloudSuite), coordinating cross-functional, technical, and vendor teams;
- Own project planning, governance, execution, and reporting aligned with strategic transformation goals;
- Manage key workstreams including configuration, testing, data migration, and user enablement;
- Drive rollout of standardized processes across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance;
- Ensure compliance with data, integration, and lifecycle standards;
- Oversee risks, budgets, resources, and timelines in line with PMO practices;
- Deliver executive-level updates and steering committee materials;
- Support application governance and platform simplification, reducing legacy complexity;
- Align ERP initiatives with the broader digital roadmap and data strategy.
Requirements
- YOU NEED
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management, including min. 3 years in ERP implementation or transformation;
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;
- Solid understanding of business processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance (FMCG/food industry preferred);
- Proven experience managing ERP deployments including data migration, change management, and training;
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet);
- Strong skills in budgeting, resource planning, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting;
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Relevant certification (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe or similar) is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders.
