Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders in all required business departments
  • Develop and manage project plans, program and steering committee reporting
  • Track project benefit realization and manage resource allocation
  • Organize, plan and manage parallel workstreams
  • Coordinate payroll vendor/system integrator and manage contracts
  • Proactively identify and mitigate dependencies and risks
  • Partner with business leads on adoption planning and training
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years in project management in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Solid experience with time reporting systems
  • Practical knowledge of payroll systems global
  • Ability to interpret collective agreements and local legislation
  • Basic technical understanding and strong system orientation
  • Understanding of API functionality and integrations between systems
  • Strong skills in project/agile governance and hybrid delivery approaches
  • Experience managing multi-vendor delivery with system integrators and specialist partners
