About the role

  • Localization Project Coordinator managing project workflows and ensuring client satisfaction in a hybrid role. Collaborating with linguists and vendors for timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Checking and Responding to Emails – Reviewing and replying to client and team emails at the start of the shift and throughout the day, addressing queries and keeping all stakeholders updated.
  • Receiving and Analyzing Project Requirements – Receiving project requests, analyzing client requirements (scope, language, and specifications), and planning accordingly.
  • Task Assignment and Resource Coordination – Assigning tasks to linguists or vendors based on project needs, confirming availability, and ensuring all team members are prepared.
  • Project Management and Tracking – Managing project timelines, budgets, tracking ongoing tasks, and adjusting plans to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) and Final Checks – Performing quality checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of deliverables, ensuring all client specifications are met.
  • Preparing and Delivering Completed Files – Finalizing and delivering files to clients by the deadline, confirming that all details meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 0-1 year of experience in the field or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Certificate and or knowledge including planning, budgeting, risk management, etc
  • Solid understanding of CAT and QA Tools
  • Knowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AI
  • Basic knowledge of LE
