Responsibilities
Checking and Responding to Emails – Reviewing and replying to client and team emails at the start of the shift and throughout the day, addressing queries and keeping all stakeholders updated.
Receiving and Analyzing Project Requirements – Receiving project requests, analyzing client requirements (scope, language, and specifications), and planning accordingly.
Task Assignment and Resource Coordination – Assigning tasks to linguists or vendors based on project needs, confirming availability, and ensuring all team members are prepared.
Project Management and Tracking – Managing project timelines, budgets, tracking ongoing tasks, and adjusting plans to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
Quality Assurance (QA) and Final Checks – Performing quality checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of deliverables, ensuring all client specifications are met.
Preparing and Delivering Completed Files – Finalizing and delivering files to clients by the deadline, confirming that all details meet quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
0-1 year of experience in the field or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written English
Certificate and or knowledge including planning, budgeting, risk management, etc
Solid understanding of CAT and QA Tools
Knowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AI
