About the role

• Analista de Projetos managing educational projects and content at +A Educação. Focus on project management and quality deliverables while coordinating with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the business area, gathering, interpreting and documenting requirements, ensuring alignment between requests and deliveries;
• Develop strategic delivery plans (both macro and micro), defining priorities, critical milestones, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery;
• Manage meeting agendas and the knowledge base, keeping systems up to date, and organizing documentation, workflows and project histories;
• Structure and update the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and workflows, ensuring clarity for end-to-end deliverables;
• Perform stakeholder management, conducting alignments, negotiations and ensuring project continuity;
• Monitor the performance of internal and external teams, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements together with leadership;
• Lead status meetings with stakeholders, reporting project progress, risks and next steps;
• Act as the liaison between vendors/service providers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality;
• Track project budgets and payments, ensuring financial control and adherence to the plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Social Communications (Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations), Education, Languages, Engineering or related fields;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with a focus on data analysis, building controls and budget tracking;
• Experience in project management, including planning, scope definition, schedule monitoring and deliverables;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile);
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with proficiency in Portuguese;
• Ability to prepare executive presentations and clear reports for different audiences.
