- Monitor competitors and innovations before they become mainstream
- Optimize CRM, project management software & PMO standards as growth drivers
Requirements
- 5+ years in PMO, project management or rollouts (ideally technical/industrial)
- Strong communication skills, leadership & negotiation ability
- Structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Agile methods & a service-oriented mindset are second nature to you
- Excellent English; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel (50–70%)
