Responsibilities

Collaborate on organizing the knowledge base and departmental materials, facilitating team access and use;
Contribute to the creation and formatting of presentations and supporting materials, developing communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Business Administration, Communications, Education, Engineering, or related fields)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
Comfort with digital tools and systems
Courses in organization, digital tools (Trello, Notion, Planner) or agile methodologies
Interest in technology and the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Interest in the education sector and content production
Proactive and eager to learn
Organized and detail-oriented
Good communication and active listening skills
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Basic corporate writing skills
Experience organizing information (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
