Responsibilities
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Participates in the continual development of HR programs.
Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and buildup morale.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Identifies training needs and individual coaching needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
PHR or SHRM Certified Professional credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
Must be able to work at all levels of the HR stack.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
