Responsibilities
Plan and organize corporate events and medical conferences in partnership with the marketing team, ensuring strict adherence to the event timeline.
Attend on-site to oversee booth assembly, supervising contractors to ensure delivery according to the design and the brand's visual identity.
Provide support for smaller events, including preparing and shipping kits for the commercial area, and assisting with table and banner setup when necessary.
Fully manage the stock of giveaways and promotional materials, controlling inventory (incoming and outgoing) and ensuring availability for activities.
Source and negotiate with various suppliers (catering, promotional items, booth builders, audiovisual), always seeking the best cost-benefit and quality of delivery.
Work directly with the Commercial and Pharmaceutical teams to align expectations, material needs and event briefings.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
Profile: Excellent verbal and written communication (essential for interfacing with internal teams), a sense of ownership (responsibility) and the ability to resolve last-minute issues.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and control deadlines.
Availability: Flexible hours for event attendance (occasionally on weekends).
Preferred: Previous experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector.
Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Planner).
