About the role
- Events Coordinator responsible for organizing firm-sponsored events and providing outstanding client service. Execute events with high standards while collaborating with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate and support execution of Firm-sponsored events
- Coordinate and provide logistical event support
- Serve as liaison between Office of General Counsel, internal stakeholders and third parties
- Establish and cultivate relationships with restaurants, caterers, hotels and other service providers
- Track expenses and approvals
- Work with key stakeholders to execute event protocol
- Research ways to optimize the event planning process
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of the Firm’s CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant events management experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Suite
