About the role
- Engineering Services Manager - Enterprise responsible for running the services team and driving sales in a geographical region. Focusing on implementation, presales, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for running the services team for their respective geographical region/practice area.
- Implementation, presales, and managing the team.
- Respond to service escalations the same day.
- Drive customer pipeline and liaison between Sales and Service teams.
- Review Engineering write offs and maintain less than 2% of hours are written off annually.
- Develop standard operating procedures for the Engineering teams’ interaction with other departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical related field.
- Experience designing and architecting network or systems-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- One or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, ACMP, ACCP, ACCX, ACEAP, VCP, MCA or equivalent level certifications related to either Systems or Network
- Any combination of the following skills: Designing, Installing, and supporting Cisco, HPE, Dell servers, Lenovo, Pure storage, hyperconverged infrastructure, Microsoft enterprise and/or cloud products.
