Responsibilities
Partnering with the Data Client Success Manager, support the coordination between client and internal teams
Communicate with sales and external clients on a regular basis to explain our data capabilities and collect requirements
Review client specs with internal data/analytics teams as part of standard reporting
Track client data requests and follow up with internal team on status
Requirements
1-3 years related experience
Background in data and client management
Knowledgeable in Google and MS products, specifically Sheets and Excel
Experience with Salesforce, and project management tools
Exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to think creatively for solutions
BS/MS degree in related field (or equivalent training and experience)
