Responsibilities
Active support in B2B sales (lead handling, follow-ups, scheduling meetings)
Telephone and written communication with business clients
Qualifying leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
Preparing and following up on proposals/quotes
Documenting conversations and outcomes in the CRM
Assisting with sales initiatives, campaigns, and sales processes
Requirements
You are a registered student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communication, or similar)
You are motivated by sales, customer contact, and performance
Previous experience in sales, call centers, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
You are communicative, persuasive, and confident on the phone
You are goal-oriented, reliable, and resilient
You want to learn, take on responsibility, and earn money
