Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with assigned partners in our UK and Ireland territories
Collaborate closely with PBMs/DBMs to align marketing plans to Joint Business Plans and overall business goals
Guide partners through effective planning, ensuring all activities are aligned to priority areas and deliver measurable ROI
Lead demand-generation initiatives across our portfolio to drive pipeline growth
Approve and oversee partner marketing activities, review outcomes, and ensure continuous pipeline progression
Deliver partner education on available HPE channel content, campaigns, and assets
Champion the use of HPE Marketing Pro tools, resources, and campaign materials
Oversee end‑to‑end DF (Demand Funds) planning – both marketing and non‑marketing
Review partner DF plans to ensure activities meet eligibility requirements and deliver value
Requirements
BA/BS in Marketing or related field
5+ years of marketing experience
Strong background in partner, channel, sales, or industry marketing
Expert understanding of modern marketing practices, tools, and demand‑generation techniques
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to build virtual teams, influence stakeholders, and work effectively at all levels of the business.
