Responsibilities
Support the growth of Pearson’s School Qualifications International business through go-to-market activities across South East Asia.
Deliver sales enablement and global campaigns across the region.
Plan and deliver impactful go-to-market campaigns, supporting sales teams, and analysing performance to continuously improve results.
Roll out global go-to-market campaigns across your region, adapting content and channels to maximise local relevance and impact.
Plan and deliver sales support initiatives and customer events, ensuring smooth logistics and strong on-the-ground execution.
Track campaign and channel performance against KPIs, manage budgets, and share clear insights through regular reporting.
Requirements
1–2 years of sales support, portfolio management or marketing experience and a degree in marketing or a related field.
You communicate clearly and confidently, with strong written copy and presentation skills.
You thrive when juggling multiple projects, planning effectively, and delivering to deadlines.
You’re a proactive team player who builds strong relationships across regions and cultures.
You’re commercially minded, comfortable analysing data, and confident using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with sales and marketing technology or webinar tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoom) is an advantage.
