Responsibilities
Build and manage the integrated delivery plan across all active Automation & Digitalization initiatives.
Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, risks, and decision points with urgency and clarity.
Lead the governance cadence —steercos, status updates, variance analysis, and prioritization discussions.
Maintain a single source of truth for progress, decisions, issues, and timelines.
Drive alignment with Dev, Solution Architects, MoC, and GCM to ensure smooth handoffs and timely execution.
Escalate risks early and facilitate fast, informed decision‑making to keep momentum.
Strengthen delivery discipline, transparency, and predictability across the portfolio.
Provide high‑quality reporting and insights for executives and leadership teams.
Requirements
Significant experience in program management, delivery management, PMO leadership, or initiative governance in a complex, multi‑team environment.
Strong ability to manage plans, risks, dependencies, and decisions across multiple teams or workstreams.
Demonstrated experience running or contributing to governance structures (steerco, status reporting, cadence management).
Strong communication and facilitation skills—able to simplify complexity and create alignment quickly.
Comfortable with Agile environments (e.g., refinement, PI planning, sprint ceremonies).
Excellent organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience delivering in environments involving change management , enterprise release processes , or operations handoffs.
Understanding of the current Global Client Management Service Offerings (Complete Care / HPE Greenlake Flex) & Roles, is an advantage.
Significant, hands‑on Program & Project Management experience leading cross‑functional, multi‑workstream initiatives — ideally supported by relevant certifications like PgMP, PMP, PgMP & ITIL Foundation
