Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across senior and specialist FinCrime roles
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across Financial Crime
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insight and challenging hiring decisions where needed
  • Proactively source and engage niche FinCrime talent across international markets
  • Deliver a data-driven, efficient recruitment process with a strong focus on quality
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer
  • Support continuous improvement of hiring strategies and processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Talent Partner with a strong focus on FinCrime recruitment
  • Track record of hiring for senior and hard-to-fill roles within Financial Crime
  • Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or regulated environments
  • Background in in-house or RPO settings
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-driven approach
