Lead end-to-end recruitment across senior and specialist FinCrime roles
Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across Financial Crime
Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insight and challenging hiring decisions where needed
Proactively source and engage niche FinCrime talent across international markets
Deliver a data-driven, efficient recruitment process with a strong focus on quality
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer
Support continuous improvement of hiring strategies and processes
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Talent Partner with a strong focus on FinCrime recruitment
Track record of hiring for senior and hard-to-fill roles within Financial Crime
Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or regulated environments
Background in in-house or RPO settings
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
