- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations
- Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Support internal stakeholders with guidance on contractual obligations and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in the contract management system
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve contract efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments preferred
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and negotiation strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
