Responsibilities
Lead the execution of appropriate CAS Sales and Registration Strategies for the region
Coach and mentor CAS and CRP Managers for improved sales and registration effectiveness
Drive increased adoption and utilization of sales tools and technologies
Leverage territory management and planning as foundation for CBC registration and booking overachievement
Lead the development and execution of succession planning and career paths for individual CAS and CRP managers and teams
Strategic development and execution of sales and registration programs to drive larger deals and team solution opportunities
Requirements
3-5 year’s proven service and sales experience
Minimum of 2 years Gartner Sales Management experience
Proven track record of superior sales and service performance
Excellent understanding of CAS Sales processes, prospecting, and registration methodologies
Multilingual capability, particularly Portuguese, is preferred
