About the role
- Vice President, Total Rewards overseeing compensation and benefits strategy at Ventra Health across the U.S., India, and the Philippines. Leading governance, executive compensation, and global benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global total rewards strategy aligned with enterprise business objectives and talent priorities
- Oversee global job architecture, leveling, and market pricing across the U.S., India, and the Philippines
- Lead executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and equity plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S., India, and Philippines labor, tax, and benefits regulations
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and rewards cost modeling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12–15+ years of progressive total rewards experience, including enterprise or multinational scope
- Deep expertise in compensation and benefits with demonstrated global leadership
- Strong knowledge of U.S. rewards governance and international regulatory considerations
