Responsibilities
Instalar, configurar, reparar y mantener los equipos informáticos, incluyendo hardware y software.
Analizar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas informáticos reportados por personas usuarias.
Soporte a posibles incidencias, con ayuda, a equipos a remoto.
Instalar, configurar y mantener los sistemas Windows y herramientas ofimáticas.
Gestionar el stock de material informático.
Requirements
CFGS en Sistemas o similar.
Experiencia de al menos 1 año en posición similar.
Conocimiento de herramientas ticketing ( Freshservice ).
Inglés nivel B2/ C1.
