About the role

  • Auxiliary accounting assistant supporting financial operations at Grupo Panvel through various tasks. Involves collaboration with different internal areas and usage of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounting entries.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounting accounts.
  • Support asset control routines.
  • Provide support to internal departments.
  • Handle requests via ticketing tools.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of control and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or TOTVS).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS.
