Responsibilities
Support the development of compensation policies and standards;
Support the creation of job descriptions;
Create and maintain job positions in the payroll system;
Track and control personnel movements for payroll system entries;
Review and approve job openings in the Recruitment and Selection software;
Build and update the People & Management dashboard;
Support the development and maintenance of People & Management metrics in Power BI;
Prepare and monitor the personnel budget;
Prepare the personnel cost report;
Conduct workforce sizing studies
Requirements
Advanced Excel
Business Intelligence tools and data analysis
HR/ERP systems — experience with TOTVS/Protheus is a plus
Statistics applied to compensation
Knowledge of job and salary grading methodologies
Salary benchmarking; participation in and interpretation of salary surveys (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Aon, etc.)
