About the role
- Senior Business Analyst supporting strategic business projects at Grupo Iter. Leading project implementations, managing operations, and analyzing sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new operations in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and Rio Grande do Sul (RS), from gathering technical requirements through Go-Live;
- Conduct on-site technical visits to qualitatively diagnose the sales process and identify productivity bottlenecks;
- Analyze sales funnel KPIs and propose course corrections to maximize average ticket value and conversion rate;
- Actively collaborate in building Forecast cycles and ensure adherence to the budget (OPEX);
- Map global trends and implement seasonal projects or new technologies to drive efficiency gains;
- Facilitate the flow of information between internal areas and external suppliers to enable project deliveries;
- Structure and document internal processes, ensuring operational standardization across different parks/units;
- Request and follow up on the registration of new suppliers and products, ensuring correct system data updates. Support procurement requests for materials, services and equipment, monitoring approvals, deadlines and deliveries until process completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or postgraduate specialization in Marketing, Project Management, Strategy or Business is considered a plus; knowledge of professional photography is also a plus;
- Previous experience in project management, sales operations or business operations;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Experience monitoring Business Plans (BP), controlling OPEX and performing critical analysis of operational indicators (KPIs).
