Responsibilities
Build grape’s product marketing function from the ground up, defining scope, priorities, and ways of working.
Shape and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across our portfolio.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major updates.
Translate product features into compelling customer-facing stories that clearly articulate benefits, outcomes, and use cases.
Develop deep customer and market insights by partnering with sales and customer success teams.
Create and maintain core product marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer stories.
Enable sales and customer-facing teams with the right tools and narratives.
Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives, track performance, and iterate based on data.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense for storytelling and clarity.
5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role.
Proven experience owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives in B2B, SaaS, or a high-growth environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer teams.
A structured, self-driven mindset with the confidence to operate in ambiguity.
Comfort using customer insights, qualitative research, and performance data to inform decisions.
Fluent in English, with some communication skills in German. French is a plus.
