About the role
- Consultant supporting Fundraising Advisory handling end-to-end project management from initial application to fund disbursement in Hamburg or Munich.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project handling and management of the entire process from application submission to disbursement of grant funds
- Central interface between our clients and authorities, acting as a confident stakeholder manager
- Strategic development and ongoing maintenance of client relationships
- Client data management, including analysis and preparation so it serves as a reliable basis for audit offices
- Support clients during software onboarding and assist with digitizing application processes
- Implement documentation requirements digitally and transparently to ensure the highest quality standards
- Early identification of client needs, proactive advising, and ensuring clients achieve maximum return on investment
- Targeted forwarding of client feedback within the team to continuously optimize the software
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Initial practical experience in project management or consulting
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality
