About the role
- Personal-Einsatzmanager:in coordinating staffing for inclusion support services in a diverse team. Managing sick leave notifications and direct placements for caregivers in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Telephone and written handling of acute sickness notifications from our employees and our clients
- Rapid and reliable coordination of substitute assignments for our staff to cover clients who would otherwise be unattended
- Ongoing development and maintenance of a weekly schedule for planned substitute assignments
- Accurate and complete documentation of all substitute assignments as the basis for service billing
- Participation in weekly team meetings
- Liaison with the responsible professional advisors
- Planning and coordination of holiday/vacation care coverage
Requirements
- Work experience as a staffing coordinator, in a call center, or in a similar role
- Respectful and appreciative toward people with and without disabilities and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Highly resilient and able to maintain composure and an overview in challenging work situations
- Strong organizational skills and a highly solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills and an optimistic, positive attitude
