About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a central coordination point between Engineering Delivery, Platform, and Operations leaders to ensure consistency and drive progress toward Group Functions Data Office goals, including tracking critical transformational initiatives
- Track escalated delivery commitments and follow-up on action items to ensure closure and accountability
- Assist leadership to prepare concise status updates, dashboards, and communication materials to support strategic change
- Coordinate agendas, content, and delivery for team and leadership meetings
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a delivery coordination or program support role within a technology environment
- Superior organizational, time and project management skills, including the ability to effectively engage and manage senior stakeholders
- Ability to craft concise status summaries, heatmaps, and decision-ready materials; strong storytelling with data
- Skilled at managing agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up, including steering committees and working groups
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (eg. MS 365, Jira, Confluence)
- Data and AI familiarity: Conceptual understanding of data tools like Azure, Databricks, BI tools like Power BI, and how together they are used in the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with issue/incident tracking and remediation
- Proven ability to work with global teams, time zones, and diverse stakeholders
