- Assist in crafting compelling responses to customer requests for information.
- Guide enterprise customers on leveraging our solutions to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Educate sales and customer success teams on best-in-class demonstrations and sales methodologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or a related technical sales role in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives.
- Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
- Background in value-based selling methodologies.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in the e-commerce sector.
- Ability to automate business processes and understand complex technical architectures.
- A passion for scaling sales processes and driving customer-centric solutions.
